The United States is known as the elder brother of the world. After the end of the Cold War and the disintegration of the Union of Soviet Socialist Soviet Republics (USSR), USA has been recognized as the only superpower in the world. A president, being head of the country, influences the perception the world either for good or evil.
Many studies have been conducted by academic historians, political scientists and popular media construction classifications of successful politicians who served as president of the United States. They were evaluated on parameters such as achievements presidential leadership qualities, failures, corruption, etc. Read on to find the top 10 of these great presidents of the United States America.
Abraham Lincoln: Republican, who was president from 1861-1865 and rightly deserves praise for his leadership during the war Civil Union to preserve. Strong and forceful rejection of Lincoln, the decision to sever the southern states of the Union and their relationship to the Confederate army, not only slavery but to preserve and strengthen the Union. If Coming 2 judges of the Supreme Court are conservative, is hurt or help the United States?
Does the fact that the next president does be responsible for appointing a couple of Supreme Court justices impact of its decision on the candidate you vote? If you add the conservatism of two additional judges, Roe v. Wade will be overturned?
This will hurt America. The work of all judges of the Supreme Court interprets the Constitution. The conservative judges attempt to do by basing its interpretation on what they think the framers intended. This is incorrect for two main reasons. The first is that we no way to really know what the framers intended, as there are no minutes of proceedings of the Constitutional Convention (Do not say The Federalist Papers that, because they were not written during the Convention, and were written by a handful of editors of the Constitution). Thus, when these judges to try this, what they are doing is applying their own beliefs and saying that this was that the framers intended. The second reason is that there is nothing to prove that the framers intended that this means there are only two hundred years. Parts of the Constitution are very clear and unambiguous. But others, especially the Bill of Rights were written so that is impossible to say that we should not evolve with the society they govern. The Bill of Rights does not define what type of cruel and unusual punishment, which is covered by the expression, etc., etc., if Framers meant exactly what they wanted and nothing more, and would certainly have done a better job in us saying what they wanted. And yes, if you add two more strict constructionist, then ignore the res judicata and overturn Roe against Wade. In doing so, they also say that there are no rights of the shadow behind the Constitution, including the right to privacy. We should all be afraid, that good Americans ..
